Vietnam Update

Dear Friends and Partners,

Deborah and I made a quick weekend trip into Vietnam for the Tet holiday (Chinese New Year) to satisfy our 59-day Filipino visa.  Brother David Myers from Palm Bay, Florida joined us. We held a Saturday seminar with more than 75 people attending.  (Thank you Palm Bay Church!)  We also preached in two Baptist churches on Sunday.  We saw 15 people receive the Holy Ghost, and 17 were baptized in Jesus' name!  The best news is that we converted another Baptist preacher who desires a long-term relationship with us.  Wish you could have been with us!!

Another Vietnam leader whom I have worked with for 7 years reports many more recently baptized near the city of  Dalat where in July I baptized 51.

Below are pictures of a unique baptismal tank the Baptist pastor provided for our use.  Where there is a will, there is a way.  Ha!

Remember, we could not be reaching the people of Vietnam without you.  Thank you so much!

P.S.  Thank you Jesus for watching over us!  Someone informed the police of our seminar meeting.  Thankfully, they found nothing amiss and allowed the meeting to continue.
