Luxembourg Update

Greetings from Luxembourg In the Name of Jesus!

Recently, I met a man who expressed a desire for the things of God that I have not seen in a long time. I agreed to meet him at his house and help him better understand his Bible. After two hours of teaching from the Bible one of the revelations he received was that the gift of the Holy Ghost and “speaking in tongues” was not a gift of speaking known, human languages, but rather it is a God-prompted, heavenly language that initially provides evidence that the Spirit of God has filled your life. He repented for anything that separated him from God, stood to his feet, lifted his hands and began to worship God. In a few minutes we both heard a sound as he began speaking in the language of heaven.

When we sat back down, he wanted to know more. I taught the Scriptures to him for another two hours. This was our first time to meet and he was sincerely hungry for the Word of God. That evening he joined one of our online Bible study sessions that lasted two and a half hours.

He received the gift of the Holy Spirit, had 6.5 hours of Bible study in the same day and was asking for more. Four days later Emmanuel was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ in icy water at a lake in Luxembourg. The New Birth experience we see in the book of Acts is still what people are looking for. The Gospel still saves and it still changes lives.

Discipleship in Lux

One of our weekly meetings is dedicated to discipleship. We are endeavoring to BE disciples and MAKE disciples.

The Lord is calling key people that will unlock families, communities, cultural groups, language groups, cities and nations. Everyone in our group has been taught how to teach Bible studies. Currently there are three people in a discipleship course being prepared to lead Small Groups of their own.

We are thankful for what God is doing in their lives!

Other Recent News

We were recently approved for our next 1-year visas. Language study is being continued online because of on-going restrictions. In one of our recent prayer meetings, the Lord said we were to focus on FELLOWSHIP with Him, that we were being prepared and that 2021 would pose many new challenges to our natural world but His Church would surpass addition and see multiplication.

Thank you for your faithful partnership in helping us take the Gospel to the world!

South Africa Update

Greetings in Jesus Name from South Africa!

We began the new year back in lockdown due to the rise in cases and the new strain of COVID here in the country. Even without being able to have in-person services, God has still moved in wonderful ways.

The Bible says God’s hand is not short and He proved Himself once again. Although, we are in lockdown, ministers are still considered essential workers, so we are able to have in-home Bible studies with our saints. Recently on one of our visits, someone who was doing some work on the house there, heard that I was a minister. They had a family member that was sick and was in the hospital. We immediately prayed right there on the spot and within a couple of hours, we received word that God had touched their family member and they was being released from the hospital. Hallelujah!

Previously, we had mentioned about the man from Kriel, in a neighboring province, who had suffered a brain hemorrhage. My wife and I along with Bro. Allan Sibanda, General Superintendent of UPCSA recently revisited him in his home, where God did an amazing work. He is doing so much better now. At first, he was not able to move around without becoming dizzy and extremely nauseas. After praying with him, he said that he felt the healing power of God flow through him and was able to stand and walk without becoming dizzy. That is the God we serve!

Please continue to pray for us and South Africa. We believe great things are in store for this nation in these last days.
