Good News from Northern Europe

How we praise God for His continued blessings and strength as we stay busy in His Kingdom. Recently, God has given us the privilege to be involved in ministry in various places.

NORWAY – “BREAKING THE CHAINS” CONFERENCE

This is an annual conference hosted by the church in Oslo, Norway and has become a real highlight for the Nordic countries and beyond with 12 countries being represented this year. Bro. Wayne Huntley and Bro. Nathan Harrod were greatly used of the Lord to minister.

ENJOYING FAMILY

We enjoy those rare times when our family can be together.  It was a great blessing to have our son, Kyle, teach at Harvest Bible College.  We missed his family being with him but greatly enjoyed our time with Kyle.  He preached in the church as well as teaching in the college.  How we thank God for our children and their dedication to the Lord and His Kingdom.

During the 2009-10 school year, Kyle and his wife were the overseers for Harvest Bible College while we were on deputation.  That school year, Jason Hefner was a student.  Now he is the Vice-Principal of the college.  We thank God for bringing Jason back to Harvest Bible College and for giving him a fine wife.  It was special for Kyle to be with them as you see in the picture above.

NORTHERN DISTRICT CONFERENCE IN ELGIN

It was a blessing to be part of the Northern District Conference held in the Highlands of Scotland.  The church in Elgin did an outstanding job hosting the conference.  We are thankful for one of our sons in the Gospel, Bro. Derek Fyfe, who is doing a fine job pastoring in Elgin. Bro. Brian Shock did an outstanding job ministering in the conference.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR IN BELGIUM

What an outstanding opportunity and privilege it was to be part of the leadership conference in Brussels, Belgium.  Bro. and Sis. Terry Shock, along with Bro. Tuttle and Bro. Shutes, did a wonderful job teaching.  There was a wonderful representation of leaders from the Europe/Middle East Region and much was learned by all of us.

IT IS SUCH A PRIVILEGE TO BE A PART OF WHAT GOD IS DOING IN THE EUROPE/MIDDLE EAST REGION.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT THAT MAKES OUR MINISTRY POSSIBLE.

WE KNOW THAT TIMES ARE PERILOUS AND OUR MINISTRY WILL HAVE TO FLOW WITH THE CHANGES FACING THE CHURCH TODAY.   TOGETHER WITH YOU, OUR FAITHFUL PARTNERS, WE MOVE FORWARD IN JESUS NAME!
