On March 16 we had a District Congress with over 2,500 in attendance: 118 received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and 19 were baptized. But, we also rejoiced in many healings and miracles. Three different people got up and walked out of their wheel-chairs! Many other miracles were reported. Here is a picture of one of the services:
We are so excited with the way the Churches are growing here in the Central District, where we also pastor a Church right in the heart of Mexico City. We now have over 70 Churches and Missions with over 80 Pastors and Ministers. Also, we have over 5,100 baptized in the Precious Name of Jesus.
Every first Saturday of the month we have a Monthly Pastors' meeting where all the Pastors come together for fellowship, reports and inspiration. This past meeting, the Pastors reported a total of 368 baptized and 264 received the Holy Spirit during the month of March 2009 – that’s just in Mexico City! In the former month of February 2009, we had 255 baptized in Jesus' Name. To God be the glory!
