We love opening our home to new friends! We have been blessed to have Muhammad and Abraham join us every Tuesday night. They are both students here from Nigeria. We love spending time with them and are grateful for the conversations that we have. We know God put them in our path for a reason. Pray for them both that God's Will will be done in their life! Also, we are so grateful for Artem! He is a young man from the church here in Kyiv. He is full of energy and has big things in his future. It is so amazing to look around your table and see Ukrainians, Americans, and Nigerians. We love it!
This month we also experienced our first snow! We were not quite ready for it so soon but are adapting to the cold weather. Pray for us as this is only the beginning of what is looking like a very cold winter!
Tia is blessed to meet up with the worship leaders wife pretty regularly to practice English/Russian. A few weeks ago we had two first time visitors at church and they tagged along! We are so grateful for the relationships we are cultivating here in Kyiv! We love Ukraine and all her wonderful people!
While it was difficult being away from our families on Thanksgiving, we are so grateful for the family of God. The local Reps here and their family welcomed us into their home with open arms. We had a great time of friends, fellowship, and of course FOOD!
